About Us
Byron L. McLean
Attorney at Law
(Licensed in Washington and Idaho)
I am an Idaho native and a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. Prior to pursuing a career in law, I was involved in the radio broadcast field as an on-air personality and a program director. I am licensed to practice law in Washington and Idaho, and my practice emphasizes personal injury and wrongful death claims. I have a proven litigation track-record obtaining court awards for my injured clients up to, and in excess of, $10 million.
Many of my personal injury clients have been involved in car accidents and come to me for help because of their frustrating experiences with insurance company claims adjusters who tell them that since the damage to the involved vehicles is so minimal, no occupant could have been injured or, in the alternative, that the injuries could not be as severe as claimed. Adjusters also like to argue that whiplash injuries, which affect the soft tissue in the body, are so minor as to deserve only minimal compensation, if any. The low-impact and soft-tissue arguments are designed to convince you that your claim has no significant value whatsoever so that you will either go away or take the wholly inadequate settlement amount they portray as generous.
Over the past few years, I have helped hundreds of injured clients receive the compensation they deserve for their injuries and have defeated the low-impact and soft-tissue arguments in front of juries. I want to help you pursue fair compensation for your injuries too.
